Director of Finance

Dawn Bentley, Ed.D.
Assistant Superintendent for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

An AB alumna, Dr. Bentley began working in the district in 2016. During the 2019-20 school year, Dr. Bentley's title shifted from Assistant Superintendent for Student Services to Assistant Superintendent for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The focus of her work in this new role is to lead our efforts around DEI and Social-Emotional Learning. Additionally, Dr. Bentley oversees PK-12 counseling, nursing, social-emotional learning, and English language education services and programs to meet the needs of students across the district.
