Contracts & Evaluations

The school committee is responsible for hiring and evaluating the superintendent and has the final vote on hiring the district business manager, the administrator of special education, the school physician(s), and legal council.  The School Committee also acts as the employer of district employees and may designate a negotiator or negotiating team for collective bargaining purposes.
